• Merchandise must be unworn, unused and have all original packaging materials including price tags, manufacturer tags, authenticity cards ( if applicable) included.
  
  
• Returns must be sent prepaid, insured and must be sent via a traceable carrier such as United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express.
  
  
• Refunds will be made in the same fashion the item was paid for and to the person who made the purchase. If you received an item as a gift we will exchange the item or refund the original buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Bras and Underwear
We will not accept returns on bras or underwear due to health laws. Once the bras are shipped and the Carrier has picked them up, the ownership is transefferd from us to you. As such we will not accept refused packages by the customer once we ship bras and underwear.
