Please feel free to return any items, other than bras and underwear, you purchased from us within ten days of your receipt of merchandise.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and have all original packaging materials including price tags, manufacturer tags, authenticity cards ( if applicable) included.

  • Returns must be sent prepaid, insured and must be sent via a traceable carrier such as United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express.

  • Refunds will be made in the same fashion the item was paid for and to the person who made the purchase. If you received an item as a gift we will exchange the item or refund the original buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns on bras or underwear due to health laws.Once the bras are shipped and the Carrier has picked them up, the ownership is transferred from us to you. As such we will not accept refused packages by the customer once we ship bras and underwear.

We will not accept returns on custom made garments. we do make a prototype of any item you order for fitting before the final garment is made. Any changes are pinned on the prototype and necessary changes are made to the pattern before your item is cut. This process ensures the best possible fit.

We will not accept returns on made-to-order garments. When you place an order for a made-to-order garment, that garment is tailored for you after you have tried the same style and size form our ready wear collection and perhaps wanted a different color or fabric. The process is the same as custom made garments except that we tailor the suit based on our ready made pattern instead of a custom pattern drafted with your unique measurements. Once we start work on your made-to-order garment that order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Items purchased on the site can be cancelled if items are not shipped yet. Once the items are shipped the order cannot be cancelled.

Orders on custom garments cannot be cancelled once you have made a deposit payment or when the work on drafting the pattern and making the prototype has started.

We provide a standard size chart for your reference. However, we believe that size charts should be viewed as a reference guide only. Our experience is that even top designer items can vary in fit depending on the style, fabrication, fit model or grading that designers may choose to use. We provide fitting information next to description on the garment and view this to be the most dependable guide. If you are doubtful about your size, we encourage you to contact us with your measurements and we will suggest a size for you

All orders are encrypted so the data cannot be read by someone else. If you notice when you checkout in Internet Explorer a small padlock icon appears on the bottom right hand side of the screen. In addition, if you look at your browser's address bar, the "http://" part of the website's address will change to "https://". This ensures a secure shopping experience
Off or bluesuitsonline does not share information about you such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail or credit card information with any third party (ies) nor would we sell our customer list. The information you provide to us on our website when you register, shop online, take advantage of a promotion or request information is securely filed on our secure Web server and our internal systems.
On available inventory we will ship your item within 3-5 business days. On express orders we aim to process your order within 1 business day. Occasionally due to circumstances out of our control an item may be unavailable in which case we will notify you. We are not responsible for typos or system errors.
Bluesuits provides Custom- made as well as made to measure service for its customers including customers online , in trunk shows, on location sales or clients in our showroom. For our specialty stores and for the larger department stores we offer private label where they can customize Bluesuits designs to their needs. It is important to understand the difference between Custom-mad and made-to-measure.

Custom-made refers to a garment that is made from a pattern that is created for your body measurements and is not based on a pre-existing pattern. A made-to-measure garment on the other hand refers to a garment that is made with your body measurements but the pattern has already been created based on a fit model ( not you). That pre-existing pattern is altered to accommodate your measurements. Some companies misguide and confuse consumers by advertising their made-to-measure service as custom made. When they in fact do not develop a pattern from scratch for your body shape but they simply alter an existing pattern to your measurements and call that custom made. This off course offends an educated customer.

At Bluesuits when we use the word Custom made we mean that a pattern is made from scratch with you measurements. For a custom made garment we either visit you or you visit us when all the necessary measurements will be taken, alternatively, you can send us your measurements. We then make a sample in a fabric similar in properties to your final garment and send that to you. Any necessary changes will be made to the sample and once those changes are approved by you we will make the final garment.

Our Made-to-measure garments can be customized to your specifications. You will find that because Bluesuits line of clothing is based on the unique body shapes of women, we already have styles in every category including jackets, pants, skirts and dresses that will fit your unique body shape so often our customers will customize the color, fabric or trim. We also accommodate full figured women up to size 22 and depending on your needs we would recommend custom or made-to-measure. Petites and tall women are able to find garments from our ready-to-wear collection but we are happy to provide you with a custom-made or made-to-measure garment, be it an interview or work suit or a dress or jacket.

We make all of our garments in our factories in New York City so the delivery time for our made-to-measure garments is about 10-days. under certain unforeseeable circumstances it might take longer.

We take pride in having our garmetns made in New York City and support Made in USA, not only because we want to keep jobs in the United States and these factories running but also because we have strict quality control measures and we closely over see the production of our garments in every step of the way. As expert fashion designers know it is best to make jackets in a jacket factory, pants in a pant factory and dresses in a dress factory and so on. Among many reasons beyond the scope of this page are the machinery and sewing skills.
